How to cope with change

When a major change happens, employees are faced with pressure and the threat of a crisis. Social isolation within a work community makes the situation worse; this social pain increases feelings of stress and threat, and a vicious cycle is ready. 

In order for employees to maintain their ability to perform at work, this unfortunate domino effect must be stopped with adequate support and renewed thought-patterns.

How to cope with change focuses on providing individuals with the tools and support needed to survive under pressure, in the face of changes. This training is designed for all employees who face a significant change, while spending most of their working time alone.
