6. Regular sources of data

Data is compiled from the information the attendees give on the registration form at Eventilla registration web site.

7. Regular disclosure, transfer and storage of data

The data is stored and processed on secured firewall-protected servers that are located in EU. Data is processed according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Dietary requirements are transferred anonymised to the organisers of the symposium events (ice breaker, conference dinner). Otherwise, the data is not transferred to anybody outside the symposium organisation.

8. Removing of data

The data is completely removed from the servers after the symposium. If attendee cancels the registration, the data remains in the servers. If cancelled attendee wants hers or his data removed immediately, she or he must ask it directly from the person responsible of the register (Mikko Orispää, mikko.orispaa@oulu.fi). Otherwise the data is removed after the symposium.

9. Principles of register security

The data is stored to Eventilla servers which are located within EU. The servers use data according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The register is always kept protected with firewall and other needed technical measures.

10. Prohibiting the use of data

Data subject has the right to see and modify the information that is saved in the register at any time using the Eventilla registration web site by her/himself or by asking the information or modification from the person responsible of the register (Mikko Orispää, mikko.orispaa@oulu.fi).
