The City Museum’s Ghost Walks give a ghastly view of cultural history of Helsinki. Learn about different areas of the city and the ghost stories and mysteries that partly form their urban history.

No age limit, but recommended for children over the age of 10

The Promenade Ghost Walk features the city centre’s park-lined streets, Esplanadi and Bulevardi. Get to know the Plague Park Haunters, The Kappeli Restaurant ghost and the restless soul residing in the Alexander Theatre

The walk includes some steep stairs.

Our walks are popular. Therefore we recommend buying tickets in advance. Tickets will also be sold on site at the City Museum. We can’t offer any exchanges or refunds unless an event has been cancelled.
