Registration for the fifth Paula Rantakallio symposium is open until the 1st of June 2026. 

The registration fees include:

• • Access to the scientific sessions and poster exhibition
  • Conference program
  • Abstract book
  • Lunches and coffee breaks
  • Access to the conference dinner (VAT 25.5%)

An additional access to the conference dinner can be purchased for an avec.

(The registration fee includes a VAT of 25.5% for the conference dinner.)

Important note to the University of Oulu staff: please use the dedicated option in the registration list; it will create an internal invoice.
 

Terms and Conditions
Registration is binding. Cancellations sent to prs-info@oulu.fi by May 9, 2026, will be refunded minus a €50 administrative fee; no refunds are available after this date. The organisers reserve the right to modify the program or speakers without issuing refunds and accept no liability for personal injury or property loss. Please ensure you have valid travel insurance. By registering, you agree to our data processing under GDPR and consent to photography during the event (unless you notify the desk otherwise). In case of force majeure, refund decisions are at the organisers' discretion.
