Register now for the online support sessions
Please fill in the form below and select the session you currently expect to attend. Online support sessions start on 28 September and take place every Monday at 12:00 and Thursday at 10:00. Sessions are available in both English and Finnish.
The form includes a set of questions about your project and planned use of SD services to help us better understand your project's needs and provide more relevant support, including questions about:
- Your CSC project
- Your SD Connect conversion plans
- Your preferred support session
If your plans change, you can update your registration details or change your selected session via the link included in the confirmation email. If none of the available sessions suit your schedule, please contact the Service Support team.

Support for the Sensitive Data (SD) Services upgrade A major upgrade to SD Services is scheduled for 21-25 September. To help users prepare for and complete the required actions, CSC is organizing a series of online support sessions. CSC experts will be available to answer questions, explain the upgrade process, and provide guidance throughout October and November, and longer if needed. |
