Finnish for beginners 1

Date: 05.06.–22.06. Mon–Thu from 9.00 till 12.15

The course covers: Finnish pronunciation and the alphabet, numbers, telling the time, days of the week, months, seasons and the weather. You will learn how to communicate in different everyday situations (e.g. at the shops and at work). You will also learn to talk about yourself, your family, your appearance and about your day. Verb types, nominative (singular), genitive and partitive, the possessive structure and consonant gradation will also be studied.

Previous studies: No previous studies in Finnish are required.
