Students, unemployed persons, pensioners, those in military or non-military service and disabled persons are eligible for a reduced admission fee. Such customers must present a discount certificate approved by Sports Services upon ticket inspection. If you do not have a discount certificate approved by Sports Services, the cashier will charge you the price difference between your discount ticket and a full-price ticket. Free-of-charge tickets for small children must also be reserved.

Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or changed. Unused tickets will not be reimbursed.

Tickets can be bought three weeks in advance. Advance tickets must be bought at minimum three hours before the beginning of the chosen shift.
