DESCRIPTION:Midnight Sun Summer School 2025 \n \nWe are happy to organise again the annual Midnight Sun Summer School in Oulu\, Finland on June 2-5\, 2025.\nWelcome to Finland to experience the very long daylight hours when the Sun does not set at all!\nThe theme of the event is Mentoring.\nThe heart of the course builds on research-based approach to mentoring in the field of education. The emphasis will be placed on combining the theoretical basis with applicable practices. \nDuring the seminar participants will get a chance to  learn and to get experience about mentoring together with the experts and other participants.\nMidnight Sun Summer School 2025 aims to enhance the participants’ professional competence by providing time to interact with the experts from Finland and from other countries. \nSeminar participants will have a possibility to gain hands-on experiences on building trust and problem solving in teams. \nThe experts will offer you possibilities to do exercises which you can also implement with your own staff at your school.\nThe programme includes:\n\nLectures\nAcademic Playground where participants can share their best practices\nDiscussions with Oulu University Teacher Training School Teachers and Principals\nWorkshops \nDaily warm meal\nRefreshments twice a day\nTransportation from city center to Campus\n\nEarly Bird fee is available until May 2\, 2025 for 990\,00 e including 25\,5 % VAT.\nRegular fee is available during May 3 - June 2\, 2025 for 1050\,00 e including 25\,5 % VAT.\nSee you in Midnight Sun Summer School!  \nThe programme and more information about Midnight Sun Summer School can be found from our website.
