DESCRIPTION:EXHIBITOR BOOTH CATERING\nHotel Levi Panorama (Kiinteistö Oy Koutalaki 1) has exclusive rights to all catering and restaurant services in Hotel Levi Panorama and the Event Centre Levi Summit. All restaurant and catering services should be ordered from Hotel Levi Panorama. Candies and similar small snacks with company logo can be brought to the venue. We remind you that own alcoholic beverages is not allowed to be brought to FEM event premises in any circumstances.  Please contact exhibition builder directly if you need fridge on your exhibition stand.\nThe deadline for pre-ordered booth catering is Monday 7th of October 2019.\nAfter this date the online form will close. You can order booth catering from restaurant staff during FEM event\, but please note that all goods and products may not be available on location and price of all onsite orders is plus 20%.  We warmly recommend you to order exhibition booth catering in advance.\nThe following terms will be applied to all booth catering orders: \n\nBooth catering order can be modified and cancelled without charge until Monday 7th of October 2019.\nBooth catering orders will be paid in advance (see payment methods below)\nAll booth catering will include disposable dishes and paper napkins.\nPrices include 10 disposable glasses/wine bottle (75 cl) and 36 disposable glasses / beer\, cider or soft drink case.\nAll beverages are ordered and invoiced as whole sales unit. Un-opened bottles will not be refunded. Note that alcohol bottles is not allowed to remove from the event premises. \nPrices include VAT (food 14% and alcoholic beverages 24%).\n\nSelect number of tickets:  place one separate order for each delivery day and time. Pre-ordered goods will be delivered to your exhibition booth daily.\nAll orders must be paid in advance. Payment options are\n\nOnline bank transfer (Finnish Netbanks)\nOnline credit card payment\nInvoice. The invoice will be sent to you by Hotel Levi Panorama (Kiinteistö Oy Koutalaki 1) to given email address.
