The EU Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation is here. Financial sector actors have several actions to take already by 10 March 2021, including but not limited to the following:

• disclose a policy on the website explaining how sustainability risks are included into investment decision making
• disclose a remuneration policy on the website, explaining how the policy is consistent with the integration of sustainability risks
• pre-contractual disclosures which explain the manner in which sustainability risks are integrated into investment decisions and the likely impacts of sustainability risks on the returns of financial products
