The generally applicable collective agreement of the IT Service Sector expires on November 30, 2021. How will the terms of employment be determined after that? In the future, will IT workers still have holiday pay, general increases, paid parental leave, reimbursement of travel expenses, etc.

Björn Wiemers, YTN’s Sector Responsible of IT Service Sector and Minna Anttonen, Chief Negotiator of IT Service Sector, will review the situation and provide advice to employees for the future. The event is open to all employees in the field, regardless of whether the participant is a member of a union or not.
