We are still preparing for the meeting take place face-to-face, as we feel that networking and informal contacts are one of the key functions of this meeting. We are hopeful that as many as possible of us are duly vaccinated by October and that allows us to meet – we will of course follow all the regulations and measures in place by authorities, University of Oulu, and the venue. We will naturally closely monitor the pandemic situation and if it looks like this can’t be done safely and according to the regulations we will take due action and move to an online format. This final decision will be done one month before the event, which guarantees that any conference fees paid can be returned in full.

Venue: Rokua Health & Spa, ca. 80 km from Oulu, just outside the Rokua National Park.

As in previous years, the program will consist of contributed and invited talks, a poster session and social events, this time in the beautiful surroundings of Rokua.
