The International Conference on Military Communications and Information Systems ICMCIS 2017 is to be held in Oulu on May 15-16, hosted by the Centre for Wireless Communications with support from the Finnish Defence Research Agency.
WInnComm-Europe 2017 will be held on May 17-18, following the ICMCIS 2017 at the same location, Hotel Lasaretti.
Registration to ICMCIS includes entrance to keynotes and presentations, conference proceedings, as well as lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet and city reception, according to the ICMCIS 2017 conference programme.
Registration to WInnComm-Europe includes keynotes, presentations, lunches and coffee breaks according to the WInnComm-Europe agenda. WInnComm-Europe participants are also welcome to ICMCIS 2017 city reception on 16 May.
