In modern organizations work is increasingly done in teams. Leading teams and realizing their full potential requires the ability to get people and teams to work together, share responsibilities, and develop their ways of working. 

Teams do not become productive by accident. Enabling growth and development of a team requires good and appropriate leadership and coaching skills. Skills that are useful for team leaders, coaches, and team members alike.

This training introduces you to the coaching and leadership methods and techniques that everyone who cares about team performance — whether ScrumMaster, team member, or supervisor — is able to take advantage of as they develop their team.
