Costs

The participation fee is EUR 3,000 and will be charged by our partner LifeLearn by 1 April 2019. You can also join either the program in Shenzhen, 13-14 May, or Beijing, 16-17 May, in which case the participation fee is EUR 2,000.

The participation fee includes program organization, lunch and dinners, but not travel and hotel costs.

Travel (Helsinki-Hong Kong, Shenzhen-Beijing, Beijing-Helsinki) and hotel costs (5 nights) are approx. EUR 1,750. The visa costs are 60 €, please refer to the Chinese consulate website for detailed information.

The program is organized by LifeLearn (Lifedu Oy). After confirming your participation, LifeLearn will invoice the participation fee, which is EUR 3,000 for the full program or EUR 2,000 for either the program in Shenzhen, 13-14 May, or Beijing, 16-17 May.

The participation fee includes program organization, lunch and dinners, but not travel and hotel costs. The participants must arrange their own travel and hotel arrangements. All participants are required to have valid travel and liability insurances during the programme. LifeLearn reserves the right to reject participants, if they are not suitable for the purpose of the program.

The participation fee must be paid by 1 April. The fee shall not be refunded.
