Participants to the conference can register one  accompanying person for  the social events at a cost of EUR 200 you can do so via the link below.

• Late fee EUR 700 (19 August 2022 - 8 September 2022)

No credit card details will be stored on the NORDUnet servers, all payment details are passed to the credit card handler in real-time.

Personal Information

NORDUnet stores personal information in an electronic database for tracking attendance history. The information in this database is used only by NORDUnet to manage your registration for the NORDUnet Technical Workshop 2019 and similar NORDUnet events.  It is never shared or sold to any third parties, except where required by law.

A list of registered participants may be provided, either on the website or on paper.  This information is not intended for sale, to be used for data mining, storing into other databases, or any other similar uses.

Any person who attends a NORDUnet event grants permission to NORDUnet to use and publish his or her image or the like collected in connection with the event for any usual and customary purpose of NORDUnet, including promotion of NORDUnet and its events. In addition, any person sending photographs to NORDUnet taken at NORDUnet events or using facilities provided by NORDUnet for uploading photographs grants permission to NORDUnet to use such photographs, provided that the photographer is credited. If you object to this, please do so explicitly in writing  to NORDUnet.

Cancellation

1. Registration must be cancelled by sending an e-mail to NORDUnet, clearly stating your name, organisation,  and name of event
2. Registrations cancelled up to 10 working days before the event will be refunded (less 25 EUR administrative fee and any bank charges incurred)
3. Cancellations made on or after this time will not be refunded.
4. Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a delegate, please contact NORDUnet as early as possible.
5. All refunds will be made after the event and within two calendar months.

We recommend participants to take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance for your registration fee, hotel and airline bookings. This is often included with credit card transactions; however, please check your own policy for details. Please also ensure that you have appropriate health insurance coverage. Please check beforehand if you need a visa for the country where the event is held and inform yourself about the visa application procedures and the time needed for processing a visa application. NORDUnet shall be happy to provide relevant documentation required by the issuing consulate.

Confidentiality

There is no risk using your credit card on this website as we use an encrypted SSL-connection. NORDUnet does not view your credit card information and never will as this part of the transaction is handled via a certified payment provider
