5 ECTS: EUR 975 (Tuition Fee, incl. VAT 24%)

Accommodation: EUR 400 (incl. VAT 0%)

The tuition fee includes the course fee and social activities. 

The accommodation will include the necessary furniture, shared kitchen and bathroom, Wi-fi and laundry facilities.

We recommend the applicants buy both the course tuition fee ticket and the accommodation ticket.

You can buy the accommodation ticket simultaneously with the course tuition fee ticket application (it is the last question in the application form).

Cancellation Policy

You should notify the UniOulu Arctic Summer Programme staff if you wish to cancel your participation. The fee is refundable if you withdraw your application by 31st May 2024 (Fri). After 31 May 2024, the fee is non-refundable. 

The University of Oulu reserves the right to cancel and/or change the programme if an insufficient number of students registered, or if any unexpected changes occur.
