Theme: This session will present the key messages from the Nordic Conference on Climate Change Adaptation 2025 (NOCCA), held in Finland. Key messages relate to transboundary climate risks in an interconnected world, enhance the understanding of limits to adaptation and ensuring adaptation for all through justice and novel approaches.

Conducting surveys, collecting registration information for events and collecting responses.

The personal data file contains surveys, responses to surveys, registration forms and information onpersons who have registered for events.

Persons responding to surveys and registering for events.

The data is removed from the service when the communication related to the event, including the sending of materials, has ended.

The data controller will not disclose the personal data to third parties and will not disclose or use thedata for purposes other than sending invitations and communication materials without the consent ofthe data subjects.

Data is not transferred outside of the EU or the EEA.
10.Principles of data file protection
A.Manual material The personal data file does not generate manual material.
B. Digitally processed data The data is stored in the database of the Eventilla service. The management of the data is protected with usernames and passwords. Four officials at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry have user accounts with administrator privileges.
11. Rights of data subjects
A.Right of access to data Data subjects have the right to access their personal data. Requests to access the data should beaddressed to the contact person. The data controller is required to provide this information within amonth.
B.Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they view that theprocessing of the personal data does not comply with the regulation.
C.Right to request rectification Data subjects have the right to request that incorrect data on them be corrected.
D.Right to erasure Data subjects have the right to request that the data controller delete the data concerning themwithout undue delay. Data subjects may remove their data from the newsletter data file at any timeusing the link in the newsletter.
E.Right to transmit data from one system to another Data subjects have the right to transmit their personal data from one system to another provided thatthe processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out automatically. Data subjects alsohave the right to have their data transmitted directly from one controller to another provided that thisis technically feasible.
