Stuart Fuller is Global Head of Legal Services for KPMG, and leads a team of close to 4,000 legal professionals across more than 80 jurisdictions in KPMG’s global legal network. In this role, Stuart is leading the transformation of KPMG Law to combine quality legal advisory services, combined with a range of technology-enabled global legal solutions and a global legal transformation and legal managed services business. This will create a unique portfolio of services and solutions that can address our clients’ most important business needs and challenges. In addition to his role at KPMG, Stuart is the Chair of the Asia Society in Australia, the Chair of the UNSW Law & Justice Advisory Council, a Director of the UNSW Foundation, a member of the Advisory Council of the IBA’s Alternative & New Law Business Structures Committee, and a member of the Services Export Action Group for the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade in Australia. |

Maria Laitinen, Senior Director in the European Government Affairs team at Microsoft, drives the company’s efforts to encourage responsible AI governance and innovation across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Prior to her work on AI, Marja led the Microsoft Digital Crimes Unit (DCU) in EMEA and, before that, in Central and Eastern Europe. In these positions, she oversaw a team of legal and technical experts in the fight against cybercrime and online threats. Before joining Microsoft in 2000, Marja worked as a lawyer at Susiluoto Attorneys-At-Law Ltd, a Finnish law firm specializing in intellectual property rights. Marja holds a law degree from the University of Helsinki and is based in Finland. | |
Antti Lojamo is responsible for KPMG FI+EE Group Development and Technology function in the Leadership Team. In his role he covers both client facing and internal services. Antti continues to support clients in strategy, restructuring, data & analytics, digital transformation and M&A topics. Antti has worked at KPMG since 2006. Prior to KPMG Antti worked in the largest Finnish telecom operator Elisa Plc. After joining KPMG, he has build Restructuring practice and KPMG Lighthouse, prior to the current role. |

Ingrid Viitanen serves as Vice President and General Counsel for Nokia’s Strategy and Technology unit, based at Nokia’s headquarters in Espoo, Finland. Previously Ingrid was General Counsel of Nokia Technologies, Nokia’s IP monetization business, and also led Nokia’s global Intellectual Property legal team. Ingrid has specialist expertise in intellectual property and technology transactions, and most recently has been heavily engaged in AI topics, leading Nokia’s AI Legal team. Ingrid is originally from Brisbane, Australia and has lived several years in Japan. Before joining Nokia in 2013 she worked for major Australian and U.S. law firms in Sydney, Australia, and Tokyo, Japan. Ingrid believes strongly in the power of diverse teams, and in giving every individual the chance to attain their unique and full potential. |

Victoria Swedjemark, Director, Head of Legal Operations & Transformation Services, KPMG After a long career as a lawyer, from the law firm setting and 14 years heading up Legal, including at Tele2 in Sweden, from 2019 Victoria has transitioned into legal management consulting - passionate about driving change in the legal domain, to help legal teams and lawyers future-proof and evolve to meet new expectations and needs. In her new role she helps inhouse legal & compliance functions with legal operations and transformation, such as to run the function like a business, clarify role and focus, set the right organizational design, rightsource work, find ways to work smarter, faster and better, and develop the team for the future. She joined KPMG in January 2024 to take the role as Head of Legal Operations & Transformation services in Sweden. |

Jon Iversen holds the position as Group General Counsel at Energinet (The Danish Electricity and Gas Transmission Operator), where he is responsible for four teams focusing on Corporate Legal Affairs, Sustainability & Compliance, Crisis Management, Business Continuity & Enterprise Risk Management and Cyber & Information Security. Prior to his current job at Energinet Jon has gained experience as Group General Counsel building legal departments from primarily regulated companies in or supplying to the infrastructure sector, including Danish Railways, Copenhagen Airports and Kamstrup (global supplier of energy and water metering solutions). Jon holds an MBA from INSEAD combined with a Danish and international master’s degree in law from Aarhus University and Vrije Universiteit Brussels and qualification as Attorney-at-Law from Bech Bruun Law Firm. He acts as parttime deputy judge in commercial cases at the Maritime & Commercial Court. |
