HOW TO REACH OULU
Oulu is best reached by plane or train.
The airlines operating in Oulu is Finnair, and the flights usually go via Helsinki. Some direct flights from Munich, Germany to Oulu are operate by Lufthansa.
The trains in Finland are operated by VR.
