Dress Code
White tie or dark suit.

Arrival
The gala will be held at Julinia Garden, located on the Linnamaa campus of the University of Oulu (Campus Entrance A1, Yliopistokatu, Oulu). Doors open at 5:30 PM.

You do not need an invitation card at the door. There is assigned seating for dinner, arranged based on registration details. You will be informed of your table number upon arrival, which you can also check on the seating chart displayed at the venue.

Cloakroom Service
There is a free cloakroom service in the entrance hall where you can leave your outerwear and any extra belongings for secure storage. A group of students from the University of Oulu will be handling the service and welcoming guests.

Please arrive on time.

Event Schedule
The University of Oulu will serve sparkling wine and cocktail food starting at 6:00 PM.
The bar will also open at 6:00 PM.

Before 7:00 PM, we will move to the dinner tables in Julinia Garden, where the evening will unfold with a gala dinner and a hosted program. The estimated end time of the gala is 11:50 PM.

There will be a bus service to Oulu city centre at 12:00 AM.

Photography
There will be a photographer at the gala capturing the evening's events. The University of Oulu may publish these photos in its communication channels and event marketing. If you wish to prevent the publication of photos featuring you, please inform us in advance.
