Companies that have innovative, proven technologies, robust business models, the ability to demonstrate traction and the potential to scale up globally are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be either purely technology focused, or tech-enabled, tech-led or techdriven.

To be eligible for the competition, applicants must:

• conduct all pitches in English; 
• be a registered company in Estonia; 
• have been actively operating for 5 years or less (in the current form);  
• have raised at least US $500,000 in equity or generate a revenue between US $1 million and $15 million;  
• not be majority owned by a large corporate;  
• be available to pitch at the country final event in Tallinn in Spring 2024;  
• if selected as a finalist, be available to pitch at the global final in Lisbon, Portugal in November 2024.
