The International Conference on Networking, Sensing and Control (ICNSC) will be held in Oulu, a multi-cultural city with both modern and traditional features in North Finland. The conference will feature plenary speeches, panel sessions, tutorials, workshops, interactive sessions, and invited/special sessions. Contributions are expected from academia, industry, and management agencies.
