Tuition fee for 2 ECTS courses: EUR 625 (Tuition Fee, incl. VAT 25,5%)

Tuition fee for 3 ECTS courses: EUR 750 (Tuition Fee, incl. VAT 25,5%)

Tution fee for 5 ECTS courses: EUR 975 (Tuition Fee, incl. VAT 25,5%)

Optional Social programme: EUR 150 (incl. VAT 25,5%)

Accommodation fee: EUR 433 (VAT 0%)

The Tuition fee covers the academic part of the programme. The ticket for the social activities can be purchased together with the tuition fee ticket.

We recommend that applicants buy the course tuition fee ticket, the accommodation ticket and social activities ticket simultaneously. Social activities are optional. 

Cancellation Policy

You should notify international.affairs (at) oulu.fi if you wish to cancel your participation. The fee is refundable if you withdraw your application by the 7th of May 2026 (Thu). After the 7th of May 2026, the fee is non-refundable. 

The University of Oulu reserves the right to cancel and/or change the programme if an insufficient number of students registered, or if any unexpected changes occur.
