Welcome to join the ADAC 17th Symposium in Helsinki, Finland September 2-3, 2025!

On this page you can find more information and registration instructions for the ADAC17 Kajaani/LUMI at CSC tour on September 1st and the ADAC17 Symposium, Helsinki, September 2-3.

The ADAC17 Symposium will begin with the opportunity to participate in a dinner at the atmospheric Wanha Club restaurant on the 31st of August in Kajaani, some 600 km north of Helsinki. 

An interesting LUMI data centre visit will be arranged on the 1st of September, where you can learn more about the activities of the LUMI supercomputer and CSC. CSC's Kajaani data centre houses Finland's national supercomputers Puhti and Mahti, as well as the EuroHPC pre-exascale LUMI supercomputer. Construction work for hosting the next generation LUMI AI Factory is already in motion.

The Open Symposium is expected to bring together participants across a wide field of stakeholders with interest in HPC: end-users, companies, researchers, and HPC policy makers.

Symposium themes 2-3 September and program

• Day 1: Quantum Computing integration with HPC and AI
• Day 2: Exascale HPC and AI
