City of Helsinki Reception

The representatives of the City of Helsinki are delighted that this event is being held in Helsinki and they warmly welcome guests to the City Hall!

The reception will be held for a maximum of 100 participants in Empiresali, Old Town Hall on Tuesday 2 September 2025 from 19:00 to 20:00. 

Please note that a separate invitation with a registration link will be sent to the reception hosted by the City of Helsinki about a month before the event. Registration ends 7 days before the event.

Program

At the beginning of the reception, a city representative will give a short city greeting and welcome the guests. After the welcoming speech, there will be time for food and free socializing.

Servings

In addition to light savoury food, there is a glass of wine and refreshments. There is seasonal vegetarian food and responsibly caught local fish.
