You are cordially invited to attend the "Sustainable HPC Operations" workshop, a CUG 2023 satellite event in Kajaani, Finland, on May 11-12, 2023. 

Kajaani is the home of Europe's flagship supercomputer LUMI, known for its fully carbon-neutral operations. It is powered by 100% hydroelectric energy, and its waste heat is being utilized in heating up to 20% of the surrounding city.

In this workshop, we will hear opinions from six distinguished speakers and have interactive discussions on how we could, as a community, improve the sustainability of HPC operations.
