REGISTRATION 

The registration fee includes the conference programme (plenaries, parallel and poster sessions), lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner and the city reception on March 26-28.

Conference fees

Registration is binding. Notifications, amendments, and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail) to oulunyliopisto@vaihdehelsinki.fi

Cancellations will be accepted until the 6th of February, 2025 with a refund of all paid fees. 

After this, no refunds will be given. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected obstacles in participation after the deadline.
