All the presentations and sessions on 13 June will take place at Naturalis Biodiversity Center located at Darwinweg 2, Leiden.

The majority of 14 June parallel sessions will take place at Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden located at Bargelaan 180. The WP4 session will due to space limitations be held at the auditorium of Naturalis Biodiversity Center.

The three meeting rooms for WP2, WP3 and WP8 sessions (morning) and later for WP5, WP6 and WP7 sessions (afternoon) at Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden are located on the 5^th floor of the Meeting & Event Center.

The names of the meeting rooms are Frans van Mieris, Johannes Vermeer and Pieter van Slingelandt. 

How to reach Naturalis Biodiversity Center (Darwinweg 2)

Naturalis is easy to reach by train and within walking distance of the Leiden Central train station (Leiden Centraal). The venue is 10-minute walk from Leiden station. Exit the station on the LUMC side. The walking route is clearly marked from there.

You can also take a bus from Leiden Central train station and get off at the Darwinweg/Naturalis bus stop, right in front of the entrance.

If you are arriving by car or by bike, you can use the entrance located at Mendelweg 2.

How to reach Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden (Bargelaan 180)

The Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden is situated only a 2-minute walk from the Leiden Central train station (Leiden Centraal).
