We have made a pre-booking for a limited number of rooms at Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden. With this pre-booking you are able to reserve rooms at Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden for the dates 12-14 June with a reduced price. This is taking into account that many meeting participants will need to arrive already on Monday, 12 June.

For your convenience, we recommend that you stay at Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden. This is because most of the 14 June parallel sessions will take place at the same hotel.

The negotiated price is €134 per night with breakfast; without city tax.

You can make a room reservation for the needed dates using the booking code 113-GFC3486. For making the reservation, please send an email to banquetsales@wellnesshotelleiden.nl indicating the booking code and the arrival and departure date.

Once they have received your email, the hotel will send you a credit card authorization form. You would need to fill it in and send it back. The hotel will then make the booking definite.
