The pDT Afterlife session will be structured around the pDTs operational models. 

The combined Outreach and Promotion of pDTs and Training Materials session aims to discuss activities on how to raise awareness, build interest, and drive action towards the adoption and utilisation of pDTs. The session will also focus on planning the content for the training platform and planning the roadmap for delivering the content. Additionally, it will discuss the Winter/Spring School which should happen latest in March 2025. The content and goal of the school will be discussed, so that the preparation and promotion could be made well in advance.

*If the BioDT Council representative is unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please appoint a substitute/proxy for the meeting. The agenda for the Council meeting has been shared with the Council members on 28 May 2024. 

 **If you are not expected to attend the BioDT Council meeting, you can join the social programme (museum visit) starting from 16:00; departure from the meeting venue Leipziger KUBUS as a group. See more information in the corresponding section. 

As the arrivals and registration does not include breakfast, we recommend you to have breakfast at the hotel before coming to the venue. 

Note that the lunch offered will be vegetarian by default.
