Included in registration fees

Access to all sessions, refreshments, lunch during the conference, the Ice breaker on the 18th of August, and the Conference dinner on the 19th of August.

Full payment is due upon registration using online bank payment options (Visa & Mastercard) or mobile payment methods (MobilePay, OP Siirto & Apple Pay). Online payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site.

After purchasing a ticket and filling out the registration form, a printable ticket will appear on the confirmation page. The ticket includes a QR code, which you will also receive through the confirmation email.

Modifying your registration

If needed, the registration can be modified after registration, but modifications to the registration form must be completed before the 8th of July 2026.  

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to diwa-flagship@lists.oulu.fi Cancellations must be made before the 3rd of August 2026 (2 weeks before the event). If cancellation is done before the 3rd of August 2026, you will receive a full refund. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after the 3rd of August 2026. The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference.  

Accommodation

We have pre-booked hotels for the conference guests at a special price. After registration, you will receive an info email that provides details about the accommodation and reservation.
