Abstract submission
Please buy your conference ticket before submitting an abstract. Abstracts should be submitted through the abstract submission button on this NHC2026 webpage. Only abstracts submitted in English will be accepted. At least one author must be registered for the conference, and all co-authors and their affiliations must be registered at the author's abstract submission site.
Instructions for Abstracts:
-
Please provide your preference for an Oral or Poster presentation. The final decision is made by the scientific committee.
-
The abstract text should be less than 250 words, including references if any.
-
Abstract title should be shorter than 150 characters (including spaces) and written in lowercase letters except for the first letter, proper nouns, and acronyms.
-
The names of authors should preferably be written in full (i.e., John Doe, not J. Doe). Please do not include authors' names and affiliations in the abstract body, as they should be blinded to the reviewers.
-
Affiliation should be filled in directly in the appropriate boxes in the abstract form.
-
Abstracts should be concise and written in English with correct spelling and good sentence structure. Important mathematical symbols and equations must be typed, and metric symbols used. Figures and tables should not be included.
-
We recommend using Word for editing your abstract and counting the number of words. The text and title should be typed with single line spacing, using Times New Roman 12. The easiest way is to paste the title and abstract text into the appropriate boxes.
