On behalf of the City of Rovaniemi as host city and the City of Sapporo as Chair of the World Winter Cities Association for Mayors, we warmly welcome you to the conference.

The 21st WWCAM Mayors Conference will take place on 8–10 September 2026 in Rovaniemi, Finland.
