Registration Instructions

Registration for the 21st WWCAM Mayors Conference is completed through the Eventilla registration system.

All participants are required to register online via the official registration link. The registration form must be completed in English.

A separate registration must be submitted for each participant, including Mayors, delegation members, interpreters, observers, and accompanying guests. Group registration is available. To register multiple participants, simply add the desired number of tickets to your cart before continuing the registration process.

Registration Fee & Payment

The registration fee is payable at the time of registration directly through the Eventilla system. Payment must be completed in order to confirm participation.

If you are unable to complete payment using the above methods, please contact us at wwcam@rovaniemi.fi to discuss alternative arrangements.

Registration Deadline

The final date for registration is 31 July 2026.*

Participants are kindly encouraged to register early to allow sufficient time for travel arrangements and possible visa applications.

*Participants who require an official invitation letter for visa purposes are kindly requested to complete their registration no later than 31 May 2026. This will allow sufficient time for the preparation of the invitation letter and for the visa application process.

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your registration, cancellations can be made free of charge until 31 July 2026.

After this date, cancellations will be at the participant’s own expense and the registration fee is non-refundable.

If you need to update or modify your registration details, please contact the organisers by email.

Data Protection & Privacy

All personal information collected during registration will be treated confidentially and used solely for conference-related arrangements. Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Confirmation & Assistance

After completing your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review the confirmation carefully and inform the organisers if any corrections are required.
